Return Eligibility	Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched or personalised items are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Non-Returnable Items	Made-to-measure garments, sale or discounted items, and items damaged after delivery due to misuse cannot be returned.
Return Process	To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 335 8613846 with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos (if defective or incorrect). Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Refunds	Refunds are issued for eligible items that meet return conditions. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
