1. Do you offer custom stitching?
Yes, we specialise in custom-stitched Shalwar Kameez, Coat Pent, Safari Suite, Waistcoat & others. You can share your measurements while placing an order or contact us for assistance.
2. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. For custom orders or help, you can also contact us on WhatsApp or phone.
3. What is your delivery time?
Ready-made items: 4–6 business days
Custom-stitched items: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
4. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. We are working to offer international shipping soon.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and PayFast (Debit/Credit Card) for prepaid orders.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched items are non-returnable unless there's a defect or incorrect delivery. See our [Return Policy] for more details.
7. What if I receive the wrong size or item?
If you receive the wrong item or size, we’ll offer a free exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos.
